There is a solution and that is by using a private dump.
What I mean is renting a 10mbit box on a web-hoster and use it as your private dump. What you would ideally want to do is to upload all your stuff there and then FXP them to your RS account.
This way even if your links got deleted you could simply re-rar your files on your dump by adding a trash 1 byte text file (just enough to change the file imprint and bypass the rapidshare blacklist filter), and re-FXP them to your RS account. Repeat as required.
This way regardless of whoever reports your files you can re-up them in 0-time.
However that would cost money in order to buy space somewhere and I guess defies the whole purpose of doing this for fun and for free. Although if you already have some space or you have a friend who could let you in, it would be a solution.
Until then, keep re-upping! He will eventually get laid and move on and off our backs.
